Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At GTN Next, we want every cricket lover to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right.

1. Return Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of product delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.

  • You have the original proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.) within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

  • You’ll receive an email/SMS once the refund is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order ID.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you may request a return after delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following items are not eligible for return unless damaged:

  • Used cricket bats or gear showing signs of wear.

  • Custom-made or personalized cricket items.

  • Clearance or sale items.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@gtnnext.in or WhatsApp +91-81717 38659 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID and a short description (with photos if damaged).

  3. We’ll arrange pickup or guide you to ship the item back.

  4. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Important Notes

  • The product must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Any item returned beyond 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

  • In case of courier delays or packaging issues, please reach out — we’ll help you resolve it quickly.
